Payment

1. Cash on delivery (an amount not exceeding PKR 10000)
2. Bank transfers if order exceeding PKR 10000

Delivery Costs

1. The costs of delivery will be as displayed to you on our Site.

Return only if

1. You have received a wrong product

2. You must return the product within seven (7) days of receipt of shipment. In case you have received a damaged product

Refund

1.  We will refund to you the product amount (including the amount paid for the original shipping fees)
2. We will issue a refund to your bank account
